Peaceful Passing Grant

Once a Hopeful Hooves horse, always a Hopeful Hooves horse.

While we have a Peaceful Passing program, to help equines have a dignified end, surrounded by care and compassion, it’s important that we also stand behind horses who have previously been Hopeful Hooves horses, and offer that assistance to them, and their families in a time of need. Our euthanasia Grant for past HHERS horses, is now available. We are here to help support adoptive families, in not only the good times, but the hard ones as well. Hopeful Hooves will provide up to a $250 grant, pending financial ability, to any of our previous rescue horses needing a humane euthanasia. To receive this grant, please fill out the form below.
